Ms. Shamsian’s practice covers a wide spectrum of real estate law including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, lending and finance transactions, and retail and office space leasing. Ms. Shamsian has successfully represented sellers and purchasers, developers, investors, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants. She works closely with her clients to understand their particular needs and the issues they face, and she provides the expertise to solve those issues prior to closing. Obtaining the most favorable result for each client as efficiently as possible is the hallmark of Ms. Shamsian’s success.

Prior to joining Emouna & Mikhail, PC, Ms. Shamsian served as in-house counsel at Canon U.S.A., Inc., where she focused on transactional matters, including marketing and advertising law as well as complex licensing issues.

Ms. Shamsian earned her J.D. from Touro Law Center and her B.A. from New York University. She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, and the Iranian-American Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
